Thank you for choosing The Brand Bag. We are committed to delivering your orders efficiently and safely. Our shipping policy outlines everything you need to know about how your order is processed, shipped, and delivered. Please review the following details carefully before completing your purchase.
Handling Time
Once your order is placed, our team begins preparing it for shipment right away. All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume seasons, such as holidays or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer, but we always aim to stay within this timeframe.
Transit Time
After your order has been processed and shipped, delivery usually takes 7 to 15 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location within the United States and the speed of your local courier services. Please keep in mind that business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Order Cut-Off Time
To ensure your order is processed as quickly as possible, please place it before our daily cut-off time of 5:00 PM EST (GMT -05:00). Orders submitted after this time will be treated as if they were placed the following business day and will enter processing then.
Flat Rate Shipping (USA Only)
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. For all domestic orders, we charge a flat shipping rate of $7.00 USD. This rate covers both standard shipping and packaging, regardless of your location within the U.S.
Responsibility for Incorrect Orders
Please double-check your order and shipping details before submitting. If you receive an incorrect item due to a mistake in your order, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, as well as the shipping fee for sending the correct item. We kindly ask that you ensure all product selections, sizes, and shipping information are accurate before confirming your purchase.
Incorrect Shipping Address or Contact Information
If you realize you’ve entered the wrong address, contact number, or email after placing your order, please reach out to us immediately at support@thebrandbag.com. If the order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to update the details. However, once the order is processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also monitor your order’s progress at any time by visiting our Track My Order page. This will give you real-time updates on the location and estimated delivery time of your package.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please email us at support@thebrandbag.com within 48 hours of receiving your package. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. Order Cancellations
Customers are welcome to cancel their orders at any time before the order has been dispatched. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. However, once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. We encourage you to reach out to us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
