At The Brand Bag, we want you to feel confident and comfortable shopping with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the terms outlined below. Please take a moment to read our return and refund policy carefully before initiating a return request. This policy applies to all orders within the United States only.


Return Period

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. After this 30-day period, we are unfortunately unable to offer exchanges or refunds. To start a return, you must first request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) by contacting us at support@thebrandbag.com. Once you receive your RAN, you must return the item within 7 business days to remain eligible for a refund.


Return Shipping Fee

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not cover the return shipping fee unless the item arrives damaged or we made an error with your order. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Shipping Label and RAN

Once your return request is approved, we will email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with a prepaid return shipping label. Please do not send any items back without first obtaining a RAN, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed. Attach the shipping label securely to your return package and ensure it is sent within 7 business days of receiving it.


Refund Process Time

After we receive your returned item, we conduct a full review and inspection. This investigation process may take 3 to 5 business days. Once your return is approved, the refund will be issued within 10 business days to your original method of payment. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.


What We Refund

We only refund the cost of the product itself. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we have sent the wrong item or the product arrives damaged.


Non-Refundable Items

Custom or Personalized Handbags

Please note that custom or personalized leather handbags, tote bags, and crossbody bags are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or we shipped the incorrect item. These products are made to order and crafted to your specifications, which means they cannot be restocked or resold.

Final Sale Items

Any product marked with a “Final Sale” or “Item Label” tag is non-returnable and non-refundable. These items are sold as-is and not eligible for exchange, return, or store credit.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at support@thebrandbag.com within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review your case and provide further instructions.

Important: Do not attempt to repair, alter, or modify the item in any way before contacting us. Doing so will void your eligibility for a return or refund.


Custom Product Disclaimer

We specialize in custom leather handbags, including women’s tote bags and crossbody bags. Because of the handcrafted nature of these items, slight variations may occur. Custom products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or do not match the specifications you provided when placing your order.


Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed after our daily cut-off time of 5:00 PM EST (GMT -05:00) will be processed the next business day. If you realize any error in your order (such as address or customization), contact us immediately at support@thebrandbag.com. We’ll do our best to correct it before the order is processed.
